DEAR SIR,I am Scientist ,intellectual property right holder under TRIPS AGREEMENT signed by most nations of world.I have developed scientific method(THEORY FOR EVERYTHING/FUTURE IMAGING TOOL) to forecast few months in advance manmade(WTC TYPE)AND natural calamities).work available on website www.disasterprediction.com on yahoo /google search engine (earthquake,tsunamivolcano,flooding).method can save millions of life of people worldwide.In INDIA,GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT LIKE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY are not giving I.P.R.PROTECTION TO INVENTOR UNDER ARTICLE 9.2. Dear PanelistI missed this sessison and I wonder if you have comments and views posted on web or anywhere so that I could know the current thinking in the areas of \"role of academia and WTO\".I am Assistant Professor at Macau University of Science and Technology and I designed a master course on WTO Law and Policy. The curricula and organisation of the course is based on my capacity building tarining given to lawyers, judges, policy makers and my leanring experience from a training provided by UNU-IAS and WTO. This is the first year of the course and we are starting in two weeks time. I am also serving as an Associate Director and Research Fellow at Hong Kong WTO Research Institute.The content of panel discussion would be useful me me if it could be made availbale to me.thanks [view message]
